Thanks Jessica. You know what? Most of them do. Some take notes. A few even try to change what they’re doing. I’ve only had a handful of parents who refused to get on board. The secret is to wait for a precipitating event that really illustrates the need for change, and then capitalize it. A kid runs away or something like that. People are more comfortable being reactive, and you have to use the tools at hand.
