My experience working at a psychiatric hospital with patients whose primary diagnosis is a PD leads me to believe that yes, absolutely, discussion about the 25th is appropriate. It’s irrelevant whether or not one can take a pill, and it’s never, ever that easy with most mental disorders to begin with.
