It’s funny. That meme you posted is totally divorced from reality. The irony of it portraying Trump as a clown. I suppose if you only get your news from Hannity then you might buy that nonsense. But those of us who didn’t drop out of school in the 5th grade know better.

Fun fact — presidents don’t have near as much influence over the economy as we’d like to think they do. And as far as ISIS — I’m not sure we can legitimately say that we defeated them. If we could, the news would not have shut up about it.
