Hi Joan. I have a few comments.

First, thanks for posting this. Medium does need to find a way to police itself. I don’t know how to do that, but Medium could easily be overcome with neo-Nazi writings a la Twitter if it’s not careful.

Second, the word “schizophrenic” comes to mind reading that article. Sounds like the author is trapped in an echo chamber created by the likes of the Washington Free Beacon and other delusional fish wraps out there.

Third, I didn’t realize until recently how George Soros was the Right’s boogeyman. Any time I read an article that mentions him, I feel the author cedes the moral high ground. I know I don’t give a damn about Soros.

Fourth, I do believe that the Democratic Party, of which I am a member, is in disarray. However, a) it’s never actually been NOT in disarray and b) it sure AF beats the monkey shit fight that is the GOP. But articles like the one you cite do nothing but make liberals like me think the Right is full of lunatics.
